A.P.EX (The A-list Party EXperience) in partnership with City of Sacramento (District 4) presents the 1st Annual CAPITAL CITY JAZZ FESTIVAL featuring the 2020 Billboard Artist of the Year Jeff Ryan & his Friends at the Historic State Park in  Downtown Old Sacramento.

Jeff is one the most essential young voices in contemporary jazz today. From his uniquely relatable emotive tone to his explosive performance and stage presence, it's no question why he is a staple across the country in the jazz festival scene.
